Above-average academic records from an internationally accredited university are expected from applicants at all levels. Furthermore, due to the highly international nature of our business, fluency in English and in at least two other languages is required.

Applicants at the business analyst levels are asked to demonstrate innovation spirit and entrepreneurship. Prior international work experience is strongly preferred.

At least five years of relevant international industry or consulting experience as well as demonstrated functional expertise in the area of innovation management is expected from applicants at consultant or manager levels. An advanced graduate degree such as MBA or PhD is preferred, but not required.
